The principle behind Puerto Aventuras Vacations has a 34-year history within Puerto Aventuras having been one of the very first to arrive and live full time from 1989 until 2006 and again from 2019 to present and maintaining a home here throughout.
Puerto Aventuras Vacations has more than 20 years of property management experience. We are dedicated to the idea that the success of Puerto Aventuras Vacations (PAV) and its employees is a direct result of guest and homeowner satisfaction. We work hard to make sure Puerto Aventuras Vacations is a good place to work, that our employees are happy, and our customers’ needs drive our organization. We understand that vacation time is precious and strive to make sure everything runs smoothly so you can relax and leave any stress behind.

I consider myself very fortunate that several of my old team members sought me out, when I left the hotel and returned to property management. Therefore, the Puerto Aventuras team is made up of the following employees.
